Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
This policy explains what data is processed when a user submits a message through the InetTools contact page, and how that data is used to respond to requests, protect the service, and diagnose technical issues.
When the form is submitted, we store the name, email address, message text, page language, submission date, and technical request data: IP address, browser user agent, and referrer page when provided by the browser.
If the user is signed in, the message may also be linked to the account identifier. The hidden anti-spam field, the answer to the simple captcha, or the reCAPTCHA verification result is used only to validate the submission and is not published.
The data is used to read the request, respond to the user, clarify details, detect spam and abuse, and investigate technical issues related to the website.
We do not use contact-form messages for advertising profiling and we do not sell this data to third parties.
Messages are stored in the InetTools database and may also be written to application technical logs. Access is limited to administrators and staff who need it to support the website.
We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but passwords, payment details, private keys, and other sensitive information should not be sent through the form.
We may use hosting infrastructure, email services, security systems, and backup systems that technically support the website. Such providers receive access only as needed to operate the service.
Data may be disclosed when required by law, a lawful request, or when necessary to protect the rights, security, and stability of InetTools.
Messages are retained as long as needed to process the request, support users, analyze abuse, and comply with lawful obligations. Technical logs may be retained separately under server maintenance procedures.
Users can request deletion or correction of their message by writing to support@inettools.net or admin@inettools.net from the email address used in the message.
We may update this policy when the contact form, collected data, website infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
